Pearl and Green Zirconia Adjustable ring

The design is really pretty, but the stem is far too thick and won’t fit my piercing. I wrote to the team asking if I could return it and either get a refund or a replacement, but they left me on read. They still asked me for a review- so here it is.

Updated on 8th May, 24: I should’ve posted this update a long time ago- so that’s my bad. After I posted the previous review, Namrata got in touch and told me that my email had landed in spam and offered to give me a replacement for anything of the same value. She arranged a pickup for the previously ordered pair of earrings and sent me the ring I’d chosen as a replacement. She made sure to keep me in the loop at every point of the process, and I had an excellent experience overall. So here is my update to say that you can trust Kevasilver to treat its customers well
